No deliveries will be made without payment.

Delivery Policy

All products are delivered directly to your driveway in a large dump truck. In accordance with our insurance company requirements, please do not ask our drivers to leave the hard surface. Damage to landscaping, septic systems, water lines or our delivery vehicle could result. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

There are minimum clearances required to access your driveway for dumping. Access cannot be impeded by:

  • low-hanging power lines or tree limbs (when dumping, 20 feet of unimpeded overhead access is required)
  • narrow alleys or gates (the trucks are over 9 feet wide)
  • locked gates (gates must be unlocked in advance of arrival)
  • unsecured animals (animals must be secured in advance of arrival)
  • vehicles or other items blocking your driveway

If you complete your order and, upon delivery your driveway cannot be accessed and your product cannot be delivered, the product will be returned to our location. You will not be charged for the product but you WILL BE CHARGED THE DELIVERY FEE if we attempt to deliver and cannot dump the product due to access issues.

Please note that all products (including bagged products and firewood) are dumped from the truck. We do not offer stacking of firewood or bagged products.

When placing your order, please specify any detailed delivery instructions regarding where the product should be dropped in your driveway. Without specific instructions, product will be dropped at driver’s discretion. Be advised that all products are dumped and usually take up a significant amount of space on your driveway (more than you think!) and exact placement is not guaranteed.

We deliver between the hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  While you may request a specific day, an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. While we always try to do our best to meet your expectations, occasionally issues arise that are out of our control that require your delivery day or time to be modified. If your driveway/gate is accessible, you do not have to be home for delivery. If you request to be notified when your delivery is on the way, please accept the call.

Pricing Corrections

In the event the total price is miscalculated, Colony Supply reserves the right to make corrections as necessary when a sale is processed. Customers will be notified of this adjustment as soon as possible and given the opportunity to cancel if they no longer wish to pursue the transaction.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Colony Supply Center keeps contact form submissions for customer service purposes.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

Colony Supply Center uses Google Analytics to track various metrics of website traffic. To opt out of analytics tracking, please use an incognito or private browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you have made a purchase from Colony Supply Center, your purchase information is retained indefinitely. This is so we can look back on order history for customer service and administrative purposes.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, or made an order on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
